What is a Mouth Guard?

Sports Guards
If you are hit in the mouth while participating in sports, a mouth guard acts as a barrier between your teeth and the soft tissue of your mouth, protecting your smile.
Night Guards
If you grind your teeth while sleeping, a night guard can help protect them. If you clench your jaw, a night guard will help prevent you from clenching while also providing some pain relief.
